5. International Data Transfers

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may shareyour information in the following circumstances:

▸ With real estate developer clients: when yousubmit an enquiry for a project they have engaged us to market. When thisoccurs, we share your name, contact details and expressed interest with therelevant developer so their sales team can follow up. At that point thedeveloper becomes an independent data controller responsible for how they useyour information. We recommend reading the developer's own privacy policy.

▸ With technology service providers: including CRMplatforms, WhatsApp automation tools, analytics services and email marketingtools, all bound by data processing agreements

▸ With regulators or law enforcement: when requiredby applicable Indian law or a lawful court order

▸ In connection with a business transfer: if Realticais subject to a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, restructuring or similartransaction, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subjectto equivalent privacy protections and prior notice to you

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long asnecessary for the purposes described in this policy.

▸ Enquiry and lead data: up to 24months from last contact, to allow follow-up within a typical property salescycle. You may request deletion at any time.

▸ Client engagement data: 7 years fromthe end of the engagement, to comply with Indian tax and financialrecord-keeping requirements

▸ Website analytics data: 14 months(Google Analytics default retention setting)

▸ WhatsApp conversation records: 12 months, tomaintain a record of communication history for enquiry follow-up and compliance

After the relevant retention period, data is securelydeleted or anonymised. If you request deletion before the period expires, wewill delete your data promptly unless we are required by law to retain it.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisationalmeasures to protect your personal data:

Our services are not directed to persons below the age of18 years. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data of children, nordo we undertake tracking or behavioural monitoring of children. If you believea minor has submitted information to us, please contact us atgrowth@realtica.in and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The'Last updated' date at the top reflects any changes. We will notify you ofmaterial changes via email with at least 14 days' notice, or by a prominentnotice on our website.
